ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2024 and we’re a growing team of three focused on building something strong from the ground up. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member and also gained leadership experience as a sales manager with AT&T. That background in sales and team leadership helped shape the culture I wanted to build in my own office.

I graduated from the University of North Alabama and have been married for six years. My wife and I have two children and family is a big part of my motivation and leadership style. I stay involved locally as an Ambassador with the Chamber of Commerce and believe strongly in staying connected to the community we serve.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Anthony Fleming - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
